Strengthening Global Ties for Innovation in Sports Intelligence – A Strategic Meeting in Bavaria
It was a privilege to meet with Tobias Gotthardt, Vice Minister at the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, to present the vision for a pioneering Sports Intelligence Hub in Munich. The meeting was a significant milestone in fostering international cooperation at the intersection of sports, innovation, and data-driven transformation.
Representing The Chatterjee Group (TCG), we were honored to be part of this dialogue alongside Debdas Sen, CEO, and Mikael Hagstroem, Chairman of TCG Digital. The discussions reflected a shared commitment to building a world-class ecosystem that leverages technology, analytics, and AI to redefine performance and decision-making in the global sports arena.
The Sports Intelligence Hub initiative is designed to be more than just a center of excellence—it aims to be a collaborative platform where governments, sports organizations, technology providers, and academic institutions converge to drive innovation with impact.
Our with Bavaria marks the beginning of what we hope will be a deep and sustained partnership, aligning with Bavaria’s strong legacy in both technology and sport. Together, we aspire to position Munich as a global capital for sports intelligence.
We are excited about the road ahead and look forward to co-creating solutions that not only serve the professional sports industry but also contribute to grassroots development, talent identification, and sustainable growth in the global sports ecosystem.
