Kaushik’s work often blends sport with social purpose. He launched the Junglemahal Cup in Maoist-prone zones to use football as a tool for peace, supported by CRPF and Bengal Police. His initiatives have: • Offered merit scholarships to young athletes • Created India’s first football internet radio and QR-based smart books on football history • Supported retired players with healthcare and recognition • Promoted grassroots youth in Kashmir, opening pathways to Spanish leagues
